Joe is a co-founder of Ion Equity and takes a leading role in most of its investments. He recently served as interim CEO of Geneva Holdings in London, successfully transforming its business model and delivering earnings well ahead of budget in 2009.

Prior to co-founding Ion Equity, Joe was a director at Ernst & Young where his clients included some of Ireland’s leading companies.  He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants as well as an Associate of the Institute of Taxation.
